This event is being held to discuss the ongoing barriers that prevent basic services in many Colonias and other disadvantaged unincorporated communities in the Southwest region. EPA will convene Colonia and disadvantaged unincorporated community leaders, nonprofit, civic, philanthropic, and faith-based organizations, higher education institutions, as well as local, state, and federal government representatives.
